Can I pay Pro monthly or annually?

Both. Annual billing gets you two months free.

What's the transaction fee?

Commission on a paid order, based on the full amount including material. Stripe payments collect it at payment; bank transfers are billed separately. Each plan lists the rate and any monthly cap. Test orders are excluded.

Can I downgrade back to Free?

Downgrading to Free does not delete your data. Free features and limits apply. If you exceed a count limit, you cannot add more items until you are within it.

Is there a Pro trial?

We do not currently offer a separate trial of paid features. Free has no monthly fee, with commission on paid orders as listed in pricing. Try it with your own files and rates.
